Key Features

• 20 MANDRELS FROM 2.5 TO 12 MM Includes 20 interchangeable mandrels in 0.5 mm increments: 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4 mm and continuing up to 12 mm. Select the appropriate diameter to make jump rings for necklaces, bracelets, earrings, chainmail and jewelry repair.
• WINDING AND CUTTING COMPONENTS INCLUDED Wind the wire around the selected mandrel, remove the completed coil and secure it in the included cutting fixture. The cutting handle and circular saw blade can be used with a compatible rotary tool, flex-shaft machine or pendant motor. Powered equipment is not included.
• MANUAL RING BENDER WITH DIRECT CONTROL Turn the crank handle to wind the wire while controlling its position, speed and tension by hand. The fixed mandrel helps maintain a more consistent inside diameter than winding coils around improvised tools.
• STAINLESS STEEL WORKING COMPONENTS The stainless steel mandrels and working components provide a smooth winding surface with good wear and corrosion resistance. The stable base measures approximately 9.13 × 7 × 5.9 inches and keeps all 20 mandrels organized and within reach.
• COMPLETE MANUAL WINDING KIT Includes the base, 20 mandrels, winding crank, coil holder, cutting handle, circular saw blade, cutting fixture, mounting screws and L-shaped wrench. Rotary tool, flex-shaft machine, pendant motor, wire and hand cutters are not included.
